You know up front what your website costs. Clear packages, predictable support and one point of contact who speaks your language.
I keep two things clearly separate: the build of your website is a one-off investment with a fixed scope and delivery date. The maintenance is a monthly service that starts at go-live – cancellable monthly, with no minimum term.
One-off build
Which package fits depends on the scope, not on the ambition. Even the entry package is mobile-optimised, technically clean and legally prepared.
For sole traders and small businesses that need a clear, professional online presence (a salon, practice or workshop with a focused offering).
For established businesses that want to show several services or locations and actively steer enquiries.
For businesses with their own standards for presence, speed or multilingualism: when the website is a central showcase.
All prices exempt from VAT under § 19 UStG (German small business rule).
Ongoing support
Maintenance begins at go-live and runs monthly. No minimum term, no small print. You can move up or down a tier at any time.
Emergency service
If your website is offline, a security incident occurs or a legal cease-and-desist arrives, I respond within four hours during business hours.
About the build
Depending on the project I use Astro or WordPress. We'll clarify what suits your plans in the initial call. I spare you the tech comparisons – we make the decision together based on your requirements.
Your domain is registered in your name. The cost is around €7 per year. We'll discuss setup and later changes together in scheduled appointments.
If your current website is technically outdated, no longer meets your needs or you're unhappy with your current provider, I can replace it with a new one. Depending on the scope, I may not be able to carry over all content. We'll discuss this in the initial call and find the best solution.
About maintenance
No. Maintenance is cancellable monthly.
At any time, up or down. A short email is enough, and the change applies from the following month.
With the go-live of your website, not a day earlier. Until then everything is part of the one-off build.
Each maintenance tier includes a monthly hour allowance for changes at no extra charge. The hours apply per month and do not carry over. If you regularly need more, you simply move up a tier.
You can add hours at any time (€65 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments), wait for the next month or move up a tier. Since many changes are quick, the actual effort is often lower than expected.
You receive the source code of your website as a ZIP file. Your domain naturally stays with you – it was registered in your name from the start. A handover to another provider is therefore possible without hurdles.
